Best options you have are electronics and instrumentation and mechanical engineering at vellore campus and any branch except computer science at chennai campus. You can choose branch according to your interest.

yeah its is possible that you might get computer science in VIT. as of last year till 30000 rank people got the Computer Science..

You are not having good chances as the last year's cutoffs for all branches was 50000. The rank above this is very unlikely to get admission.

VIT does not release VITEEE 2018 cutoff in the form of marks but releases it in the form of closing

Not like that VIT has good rules and regulations which make the students away from these type of activities but yaah some will able to do by abiding the rules. Infact these all things will happen in almost every Colleges comprising of IIT'S and NIT'S.

Chennai has a lot of malls namely Phoenix Mall(velachery),Skywalk(Nungambakkam). There are lot of restraunts near VIT.
