what is the fees per year for information technology for minority candidate

Vivekananda Education Society Institute of Technology, Chembur, Mumbai offers a full-time 4-years B.E in Information Technology with a total fee of Rs. 4.37 lakhs. Hostel fee is Rs. 48,000 per year. This makes the fee to be approx Rs. 1.57 lakhs per year (Tuition + Hostel) 

 

Admission to this college is done through counselling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHTCET)

 

According to last year placement records, about 90% of the students got placed with an average package offered as Rs. 3.5 lakhs per annum and the highest package offered as Rs. 16 lakhs per annum. Accenture is a mass recruiter at this institute followed by LTI and Capgemini. Other firms which have recruited students last year are Nomura with the package of 8.3 LPA, JPMC with the 7.5 LPA, Morgan Stanley with 16 LPA, Interactive Brokers with 7.1 LPA, KPMG with the 4.94 LPA, etc.

procedure for applying engineering in sinhi quota

The college has 51% quota for Sindhi minority. Sindhi minority quota admissions are through Centralized admission process conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.

For the vacancies that may arise after the final CAP round, it will be filled during the counseling round conducted by the college. The counseling will be based on merit and for which our institute will issue online forms (Available on the Institute websitehttps://www.ves.ac.in/vesit).

To be eligible for Sindhi minority quota the candidate should have Sindhi as his/her mother tongue and should have registered online application of admission at D.T.E. website.


In addition to the documents mentioned in the Facilitation Centre receipt the following documents also need to be submitted at the time of ADMISSION.

Sindhi Minority Affidavit ( on Rs. 100/- stamp paper notarized)Community Letter stating that the candidate belongs to Sindhi Minority.

Dear Sourav,

In order to take admission in this college you can apply through JEE Main or MHT CET. 

It is recommended that you should apply through JEE Main as they are preffered over MHT CET.
