It's good that you have good academic background but your 10th and 12th percentage are not required in any of the IIM institution.

The most important aspect of IIM admission is the CAT exam. A candidate needs to clear the CAT cutoff required by the specific institute to get shortlisted for appearing in various selection rounds. You need to have good scores in CAT exam as most of the IIM institute accept students having scores above 90 percent in CAT exam. So yes, the priority for admission is through CAT only.

You got 128 in GITAM GAT examination which is very good dear. Your rank in between 2000. That means your rank is good. And GITAM University have three campuses. But Visakhapatnam campus is one of the top campus so there CSE which is core zone in engineering which is full at first. But with this rank you will get CSE in Visakhapatnam campus dear. You can get in 1st counselling otherwise in 2nd counselling for sure. So don't be stressed. You can go for the counselling.

The GITAM GAT examination conduct for BTech Mtech Bpharm mpharm course in GITAM institutions.

You will get 5485 rank which is pretty good and the college have three brunch. CSE in Visakhapatnam in this rank may be you will get it in 1st or 2nd counselling ofcourse. Otherwise you will get CSE in Hyderabad campus in 1st counselling. If you want to this college with CSE department then if you don't get Visakhapatnam campus then I'll suggest you join the Hyderabad campus. Because three campuses are very good and well reputed. There almost 80% students got placed in every year. So go for counselling you will definitely get the course.
