With this rank in AP ICET you can get a seat in Andhra university,vizag( Category B college) in the MBA course.As the expected rank (keeping in mind the previous year cutoffs) to get admission in a B category college in 2020 college is predicted to be in between 200-1000.So you have fair chances.
