Dear Student ,
As per last year AP EAPCET cut off details , you have low chances to get Gayatri Vidhya parishad engineering college .
You can also check the cut off details from here :

B.tech CSE is the most popular course among the students. After the completion of your degree in Computer Science Engineering, you can work in the field of database management, embedded systems, IT, telecommunication, multimedia, computer hardware and software implementation, computer hardware & software maintenance, gaming, web designing and other related industries.
There are many universities that offer this course; you would always be starting up with IIT and NIT. Still I would say there are many private universities that offer much better education and facilities than IIT and NIT.
Below are some of the best Private Universities:-
BITS Pilani,
ICT Mumbai, Mumbai.
VIT Vellore, Vellore.
Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology - [TIET], Patiala.
ITER Bhubaneswar, Bhubaneswar.
LDCE Ahmedabad - LD College of Engineering.
Geeta University, Panipat
MSRIT Bangalore - Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
BMSCE Bangalore - BMS College of Engineering.
Hi Hari,
I hope you are good! IMU Vizag do offers B.Tech in Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering and you need to secure under 150 rank to have higher chances of admission. Your rank 789 is really too far for this. I suggest you to do some more hard-work with patience and practice your lessons more and more.
For BE marine in IMU Kolkata, you have really appreciating rank. The cutoff for GEN remains around 2000 and having rank 789 will always give you an edge for admission. If you are interested, my suggestion is to not leave such great opportunity.
I hope it helps!
Thank you!

The degree of movement on the IIM waitlist is generally determined by the overlapping pool of candidates shortlisted by various IIMs. The movement in IIMs for the General and NC-OBC categories is usually not extreme from the standard numbers, whereas, for other categories, this can vary significantly from year to year.
The waitlist movements here generally remain in a single digit. For the 2020-22 batch, the waitlist moved by about 30 in the general category, while it was about 25 in NC-OBC Category. The numbers were about 25 and 8 for SC and ST categories respectively.
I hope this was helpful....!!!
All the best:)
