              Yes, with your tseamcet rank, you can get a seat in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Mechanical branch in VNR Vignan Jyoti college according to last year's cutoff(which was 31591 and 44979  respectively for BC-D category(female)).

Yes there may be chance that you can get into vnr college.but based on conveyer quota that you belong.

And also u may be able to join in the same college in management quota.
