The SLAT exam as stated by you is on 3rd July and the results will be declared on 12th July 2022. After this the dates regarding Written Ability Test(WAT) will be notified. As of now there are no dates notified. Hopefully, once the results are declared, the dates for WAT and PI and further procedure will be declared.

YES, you can change the order of your name in your NEET UG Application form during the time of correction window opens. The name that you'll change at time of the correction window will be the only name that will be displayed on your Final Admit card. The previous application form which contains your previous name will not be displayed. After making the corrections in the NETE UG application form, new name will be displayed onto your Admit Card.

If you are using 12th admit card as Identity proof then the Identity number will be your Roll Number/Hall ticket number (which ever mentioned on your 10+2 admit card).
I would also recommend you to read the brochure carefully while filing up the form and see if there are any specification provided or not regarding the Identity proof because, in most of the examination the 10th admit card is used for identity, So kindly verify it for your safety.

This is because,
DigiLocker Issued Certificates/ documents are legally valid according to the IT Act, 2000 and even UGC has directed colleges & institutions to accept digilocker degrees, certificate, marksheets and other documents as valid documents
