Eligibility criteria for participating in Wbjee mop-up round:

• Those who completed admission in Round-1.
• Those who completed admission in Round-2.
• Those who did not complete admission in Round-2.
• Those whose category has been changed due to document verification in Round-2.
• Those who paid seat acceptance fee but failed to report for document verification in Round-2.
• Those who did not get any allotment in Round-1 or 2.

There will be only one Mop-Up round and it will be the last and final round of counseling conducted by WBJEEB.

In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank/ PMR ( Pharmacy rank in case of Pharma )

This is very difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------) number of students from different categories etc

But yes,

When we go through previous year trend then,

Wbjee 2020, round 3 , opening and closing rank is given below for jadhavpur university for B.Pharm/Pharmaceutical Technology for general category -

• Opening rank:- 807

• Closing rank:- 3977

If you have secured admission in the college of first preference then you have to either freeze the seat of cancel the seat. You have to opt for 'No'  for upgradation, report at the allotted college, complete the admission process and submit the documents. You cannot opt for upgradation since you have gotten admission in the college of first preference. The candidates who haven't got seat allotment or got seat allotment in a college other than 1st preference or whose seat allotment got cancelled will be eligible to opt for upgradation in round 2.

As per the information given in the FAQs in the official website the minimum number of choice that needs to be filled in the online choice filling form is 20 and there is maximum limit. You can exercise as many options as you want ensure that you choose only the colleges/branch in which you wish to get admission. Make a list of colleges and branches before filling out the online choice filling form.

Dear aspirant,

West bengal joint entrance examination board has started wbjee 2021 counselling registration at wbjeeb.in . Candidates who have qualified the entrance can register for the counselling process before the deadline.

The process includes choice filling, fee payment , uploading of documents. There will be a total of 3 rounds of counselling. Allotments will be done on the basis of merit in wbjee score card.

WBJEE provides 9 reserved seats under defence quota in different colleges under WBJEE counselling. The seat allotment for defence quota is not done during online counselling (e-counselling). A separate merit list for the offline counselling and allotment of seats under the defence quota is published by the WBJEE Board.

For same, candidates need to apply t Rajya Sainik board through the concerned zila sainik board of west bengal (for ex-service man) and Units (for serving soldiers) in the prescribed form along with an attested copy of admit card of wbjee exam for claiming defence quota. This certificate should not be uploaded but produced for defence quota during offline counselling.
