You cannot apply for jee mains at such a young age you must be of 17 years to apply for jee mains .plzz just wait for one more year as different colleges and different exams has its own rule and regulation.and I think you must not be given chance

First of all don't be tensed. These are WBJEE counselling rounds going on.After completion of all rounds of wbjee counselling through wbjee exams there will be only one round of counselling through JEE main marks.So the dates will be finalized by the board further as still wbjee counselling
You won't even have the chance to upgrade if didn't get the seat.

You must have known to the fact that there are only few State Universities in the whole India which doesn't have any domicile quota for their own state. Jadavpur University was one of them because before 2019 there were no reserved seats in WBJEE counselling for the students
