Hey Aspirant!!
There are different factors taken into consideration while denoting any Institute to be the best one. Since you have not specified any specific curriculum of your interest it is apparently not possible to show the best college and it's cur off marks for selection into the college. Mention the preferable curriculum in the comment section, hope I would be able to clear your doubt accordingly.
Good luck!!!
Hello Aspirant,
See GNRS is very new term because there is nothing mentioned about GNRS in NEET UG counselling brochure of West Bengal, so this might be a trap, be cautious of such scams. Let me clear you whether you can get seat on such marks or not.
So according to the previous year's data, on such marks and category you have good chances of getting management quota seat in some Private medical colleges in West Bengal under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Gouri Devi Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Durgapur
ICARE Institute of Medical Science and Research and Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia
IQ City Medical College and Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Durgapur
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
NEET 2021 Cutoff West Bengal (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017) - Rank, College & Category wise (careers360.com)
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

Hello dipannita,
Yes, as per the rules and regulations of republic act no .11120( An act of increasing maternity leave to 105 days for female workers and additional 30 days extension without pay), you can ask for the leave in your hospital.
As this is a private hospital, you would be having some difficulties in having the leave so I would request you to discuss this issue with some of your senior colleagues and kindly ask them to guide you in this matter because they are the rightmost person to guide you in this.
For writing a maternity leave application kindly follow these steps:-
1- Use formal and professional language.
