Hello,I am from West Bengal. My caste certificate (SC) is issued by government of West Bengal. Is my caste certificate valid if I want to take admission in Odisha Government Medical Colleges through 15% AIQ.

Aa per the Reservation policy of the Government of India is applicable to NEET UG examination If you have any caste certificate except OBC -NCL it will be applicabe to all states in all india quota counselling.
But in case of OBC -NCL

You haven't mentioned your Entrance exam name in your query . To predict any colleges name/ their lists .. Exam name is required must , otherwise proper details can't be provided . You should also mention your caste category  for accurate answers . It would be better

As per your JEE MAINS rank , and being a west bengal candidate .. with HS quota , you can get NIT durgapur and IIEST Shibpur with the following branches respectively abased on previous year cut off :

  • Mechanical engg (NIT Durgapur, IIEST Shibpur)
  • Metallurgical Engg(IIEST Shibpur)
