With a rank of 6343, you definitely have a high chance of getting ECE in Techno (Main Campus). You might also get ECE in Heritage if you're lucky however historic data suggests cutoff for ECE in Heritage to be approximately 5800. Talking about IEM, it is extremely difficult

Last year I was getting 57K rank at 9 marks, so you can expect to be under 20-30K rank, if you belong to west bengal you can get cs or it in netaji shubhas college of engineering also in techno india and haldia there is a scope.

Yes University of Calcutta does take admission for engineering courses through third attempt of WBJEE, however, you might face some difficulties during placements. If you're currently enrolled in any college, it would be my advice not to think of re-appearing for WBJEE again and concentrate on your engineering.
