It is very difficult to predict the college because you do not mention your state region. All the seats of WBJEE are allotted on the basis of GMR rank. And your general rank is 5743 and also your belonging to SC category. So you have SC category quota.

see as per wbjee official brochure 2021, candidates of outside state are eligible only for pen category seats. your gmr rank will be considered for seat allotment.

however as per previous years data analysis you have chances for IEM is less and have good chances for below mention institute:
