I would suggest that you sit for all the three exams. This is because, you never know which exam would have questions that you are familiar with and you know the answers to unless you attempt them. Doesn't matter if you have not prepared that well for JEE Mains,

As you filled WBJEE form as General , so you will be considered as General candidate and rank according to your category.

If somehow you can able to correct your category and failed to show during counseling than you may get disqualified or your candidature will be invalid.

There are many exam centres for wbjee within westbengal and other states exam centres are in assam(silchar) and tripura(agartala) and there are no availabilty of centres in telangana.the wbjee will be held on july 11, 2021.if you havent applied for it,the last date for application is march 23,2021.for

NIOS certificate now is valid from government. So you can give only mathematics examination from NIOS which is called National Institute o f Open Schooling. And your marks is valuable for admission in any college or university. So after that you can get admission in Jadavpur University also.
