see it depends on how many years of year gap you have. however most of the mncs has consideration of up to 2 years of year gap , however during the placement you would be asked the reasons behind your gap in academic course. however there is ample of
see narula Institute of technology does not have very good placement records in last 4 years and less number of placements in top mncs like tcs, capgemini, cognizant like mncs. however two year academic gap are allowed in most of the mncs. so you should not face any issue
