Yesss decentralization counselling means the spot round selections only. You will need to be or physically present in the colleges that you require and there will be spot selections means spot pick ups and if your luck supports you, you may get one of the good colleges.

The  3rd round counselling already ended on 13th july, so the mopup will started between 19 July to last week of july. Please stay connected with the wbjee counselling website. There is no exact date of mopup round.

If the cutoff remains the same as the last year you will not able to get admission in Jadavpur University. Last year closing rank for mechanical was 771 but every year cutoff increase so there is a fair chance that you will get admission so don't lose hope

As per the previous year trends , a candidate with the above mentioned rank does not stand any chance of getting a seat. So there is almost no probability of a change in the scenerio .

West Bengal Board of Joint Entrance Board has not released any notification regarding Mop up round.July 20 has the last date given close e admission if mop up round is to be conducted then the notice will release after or just in 19 or 20 July.Be alert.

It totally depends on the rank you have got. If your rank is below 500 then you will get government college for admission with 100% security. If your rank is high then you must apply for government college along with private college as security so that you don't get
