Yes there is a very high probability for mop up round to be conducted as part of WBJEE counselling procedure 2019 to fill up seats which were withdrawn by most aspirants who decided not to be attending college in West Bengal. Or maybe they got a better branch through

there is no such rules regarding the drop year students however you age mus qualify the eligibility criteria of wbjee .you must also be able to qualify other criterias also . be carefull in taking a drop year as you can also prepare for other exams like
