Based on your rank, category and previous year trends, you have very fewer chances of getting Civil Engineering at Jadavpur University. But don't worry, there are many other options for you which you can consider:

You can get Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College with mechanical or civil stream. You will get it in the mop up round. You can change to ee in the Decentralized round. In Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College it is not there anymore. So you can get the other streams.

There is no separate TFW certificate ,to avail TFW .

All you have to do is submit the income certificate of your parents in the college just before enrollment in the college or the documents verification of the counselling.This you can get from the taluk office/collectorate.
