It depends on the category from which you are.The most preferred institute are Jadavpur University and Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.As you posses good rank in wBJEE you can prefer any of these.Apart from that Heritage institute of technology is also reputed college .You can join

With OBC-A category, you can expect government college. Your chances are high in the government colleges. Just to be sure, you should have mentioned whether 3048 is your Gerneral Merit Rank or the OBC category rank. Rest assured, your chances are high. All the best.

With the rank that you have achieved you can not get any government college in West Bengal. Your rank is a bit low. However you can try for other private engineering colleges which you have qualified for. You can check out the cutoff of the wbjee here

ISince you are talking about AOT I can tell you that AOT is a reputed collage in West Bengal and it accepts a very low rank in WBJEE.

To get CSE in AOT you need to have a rank of around 10000. Some depertments of AOT like Mechaical and Instrumentational

You can get any stream in Jadavpur, except these:

1.Computer Science and Engineering

2.Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

Electrical had a closing rank of 1689 last year, so hopefully you can get that too. Rest of the branches are open for you to take admission in.
