In my opinion you could be able to get admission in BTech through wbjee because 75 percentile is not enough for a good College in JEE mains. On the other hand in wbjee you could get some good private engineering colleges like

• Iem Kolkata
• HALDIA institute of technology

your expected general category rank will be 7100-7500 Rank. obc rank will not be predicted but from this general category ranking you can get known which colleges you can apply at least you can make a list of colleges for applying. so dont wait for result start making

You cannot take admission in colleges taking admission through WBJEE rank by giving your JEE Mains rank.Both the exams are conducted seperately and one needs to give the examination conducted by them to take admission in their respective colleges.

For taking admission in WBJEE colleges it is mandatory to

The ranking criteria  depends on: 

1) no. Of students appeared in the examination , every year around 1.2-1.8 lacs students appeared for wbjee.

2) difficulty level of the examination 

3) previous year cut off

If your marks is 40/200, your rank will be around 35000-39000.

Based on previous years' trends, we can assume the correlation to be somewhat of the following kind - 

1. For marks 140 and above -  Ranking is to be less than 100

2. For marks 130 and above -  Ranking is to be around 300
