thanks for asking your query as per your performance in wbjee you got a good rank which will suffice you to get kalyani government college in spot round but branch prediction cannot be done for spot round because it is the last round and most of the seats

To answer your question, yes, EWS is valid from 2019. Since the ES quota is started from this year, we cannot assume what the cutoff might be because of it.

If you wish to take admission in the B.Tech. course of Jadavpur University then there is no other way of taking admission except WBJEE. The university accepts admissions for its B.Tech. programs only on the basis of WBJEE merit list. Although for other courses the criteria is different. Hope this
