To get rank under 100 in wbjee you have to minimum score above 120 . If you score more than 120 then you have a good chance to get rank below 100 . But this is based on previous years cutoff so in my suggestion it will be better for
CU > KGEC >= IEM ... Join Heritage if you absolutely have to otherwise any decent branches in these top 3 will be a better choice...
