Since you belong to the outside state of West Bengal you will be considered as a general candidate for becoming eligible for the seat through wbjee examination. At this much score in wbjee, you will not get the Jadavpur University, you should go for private colleges like iem

Now when you have already filled wbjee form then you must give wbjee seriously because you are eligible for all colleges under wbjee. Now no other application for engineering colleges is there. Only you can apply for general colleges but with this you  can't get good college. So my suggestion
