Yes, may be as you say, but you should not depends on that. Your basics in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics should be very clear upto 12th std, you should read NCERT books of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics of class 11th & 12th at least 2 or 3 times

Yes you can participate for WBJEE as some institute dont require Domicile of West Bengal. However you must meet other eligibility criteria such as your 12th grade must be from Recognised University and must have age vetween 17 to 25 years. Minimum 45%aggregate marks in 12th in General category is
