For securing admission before 7th July you need to oya fees category wise shown below;

TFW - 4000rs
State funded or government aided-5000rs
Self finance institute - 20000rs.

Students also need to pay 80000 rs for first year tuition fees under WBJEE for self finance institute.

Yes your money is refundable. Be aware after the counselling over WB JEE published a form for fee refundable.

Just fill the form and submit.

Definitely you should participate in spot round counselling an dyou can have good chances with vacant seats available based on your GMR rankings.

Ranks below 10000 have high chances of conversion into Government engineering college.
