I am sc category but my wbjee rank is 79000 and sc rank is 5000 I can admission this college??

Hello Suraj,

Hope you are doing good.

Your general rank is not that good but you can get good colleges in the basis of your category rank.

The closing rank for many of the good colleges for sc category have gone beyond 5000 previous year.

You should go for chemical engineering as in jadavpur the placement of chemical is far better than mechenical or civil.and jobs in this arena is increasing very fastly.

Also i have details of placements of past few years .chemical is better
