If you do not get a seat in first councelling and you are quite confident about your grades then only you should apply for the next councelling.

Sandeep I am sorry to say but with your 1501 SC rank and 27000 GMR in WBJEE 2018 exam forget about CSE or IT department branch in the government college, you will not be able to get any branch in any of the top government colleges.

First of all there are no Government colleges in West Bengal which teaches Automobile Engineering at UG level or at B.tech.
But there are only two private colleges in West Bengal which teaches AUE in UG or at B.tech. The two colleges are -
