    Yes you can get both ECE and CSE at Kalyani Government engineering college in Mopup Rounds.

    You can also get CSE at Heritage institute of technology in mopup rohnd.

    For CSE you can get following colleges under WBJEE :

    • Techno India College of technology

    You can however convert ECE T following colleges :

    • Asansol engineering college
    • University of Calcutta
    • Haldia Institute of Technology
    • Academy of technology Hooghly
    • BP Poddar Institute of management and technology.

    You can Count Both ranks, but if you Provide OBC B certification then it shall be counted.

    Else General Merit ranks are accounted.

    You have low chances to get Jadavpur University . But you can try 

    You have littile chances for Kalyani Engineering College. There are lots of good college under WB JEE.
