your rank is not too good.I don't think that it will be easy to get CS but you may get some other branch.There are many college in west bengal which allows jee rank.You can try for any of them.Perhaps you will get CS but that not be good college.So decide

With this rank you have no chance of getting any branch in JU except pharmacy and architecture.
You actually have to try for Private Engineering Colleges of West Bengal since Government Engineering Colleges close seat allocation at much lower ranks.
As far as private engineering colleges are considered, Heritage is better than the other private engineering colleges in West Bengal. In that case I would suggest you

You will easily get Computer science at vit,vellore. But if you don't want to get into private college,you should wait for jee mains counselling. You have some good options like tezpur university,assam university,gurukul kangdi e.t.c
