Amity University, Kolkata will take admission on basis of AMITY JEE 2018 Score. If you have 80+% marks in 10+2 level then you can go for direct admission. If not, then you have to appear in AMITY JEE 2018. Amity University has recently opened new campus in Kolkata

I don't think that whit this rank you will secure a seat in government collge. As you have tagged Kalyani College its round 3 closing cut off rank was 4470. So go for private colleges.
I would advice you some colleges for yoyr rank,

Yes but you would hardly get CSE in HIT...I think you have to go for some other branch with this rank.
