The WBJEE Board doesnt release the marks and ranks details. SO it tough to predict how many marks are required for getting ranks less than 2000. However, this will also depend upon the difficulty levels of the paper. So I am just giving you an approximate figure of something like

As there is nothiing declared for 2018 cut off but as per previous year information, the closing rank of round 3 for SC category was 12318 in ECE branch. So I would suggest you to work hard ad get the requred rank so that you can get admission in your
If you are an other state student ,then you dont need domicile if you get jadavpur university.for rest govt colleges,domicile is mandatory
