Students from other states doesn't able to get admission into govt colleges of West Bengal but they are eligible to get admission into Jadavpur University and Calcutta University as these universities are not counted as govt colleges these universities are counted as govt aided Universities

UEM kolkata gives admission through wbjee or not

UEM Kolkata gives admission through wbjee rank.
But it is one of the worst colleges of West Bengal.

Choose a year drop and prepare once again for engineering rather than to go with UEM Kolkata

Don't think any college just go for IEM or javadpur or kalyani.I am sure you will get a seat in any one of them.Do not choose any other college as it will automatically select the lowest college for you.Hope this helps.
