Sorry but no chance in JU and even if you get admission there then also you will not get a good branch.But you will surely get other good goverment colleges in bengal like gcelt,kalyani,MAKAUT.

Yes Cv RAMAN is good college if You are getting cse there just go for it...placement is very good for cse branch.Average package is around 3.5 lacs and highest is around 8 lacs.......or you can try for some private colleges of west bengal through wbjee....use our college predictor for your

As per the college rules, those who have taken JEE mains are only eligible to apply and I'm sorry to inform that by using wbjee you can't get that.
