The counselling for WB PGET starts from 29th July.Those who will qualify the Entrance Exam and will get the place in the merit list will be called for the GD/PI followed by Counselling process. In the counselling, the candidates will be able to choose their desired college to get admission. The counselling will be held for more than a chance. First, the candidates of the first Merit List will go through the counselling. Then if the seats will have remained, the students of the waiting list will be called for it.

The authorities conducted West Bengal University of Technology Post Graduate Entrance Test (WBUT PGET) 2019 for admissions into M.Tech./ M.E. programmes offered by the institute on July 13. For the qualified candidates, the c ounselling will be conducted in offline mode and further admission procedure will be followed.Tentative schedule of counselling procedure is scheduled to be on 29th July. Candidates having their names in the merit list will be invited to participate in the counselling of WBUT PGET 2019. Such candidates will have to pay Rs. 500 as counselling fees. Following it, they will be required to fill their preferred choice of colleges and course. The seats will be allotted to candidates on the basis of their merit, choice filling and availability of seats. For those who will be satisfied with their allotted seats will have to confirm their admission by reporting at the allotted institute and paying the required admission fee.

• At first, you need to register yourself online for counseling on their official website.
• Then you need to pay WBJEE Counselling Fee Payment. 
• candidates had to pay the requisite fee of Rs 500 as counseling fees.
• candidates had to select courses and colleges according to their preferences and fill them in the form.
• Then you need to report to the reporting center to lock the allotted college to you.

Since you asked about the counselling venue of WB PGET 2019, let me tell you as mentioned in the prospectus of the University, the dates and venue for counselling are declared online on the official site of the university after the result of PGET are declared. You would not be getting the link due to fluctuations in the sute since tge results have been declared but the site sees so much traffic that its not responding quickly so as yiu see yiu need to wait once the site is alright you fetch all the necessary details. Good luck!

It is Mainly applicable for IIT or NIT etc,which gives you a stipend for that gate is major role.

Therefore after Qualifying gate you have this option of getting stipend not pget as far as I have seen.

WBUT PGET 2019 Application forms will be available online from 2nd week June 2019. Candidates can fill the application form through online mode only on university’s official website. Candidates need to send the Hard copy of duly filled application form to the University’s Office, before a stipulated date.

I would like to tell you that the AICTE approval to an institution denotes that the Institute complies with the minimum standards prescribed by the regulator as well indicates the quality of education. If the course is not approved by AICTE then it straightaway shows that it is unapproved course. The unapproved course neither gets recognition in academics nor in the job market.
