Work experience
Dear Aspirant ,
Work experience , now a days constitutes a large part for your selection into Bschools and even getting placements in college. Your undergraduate scores equally matters.
There are many top colleges which do not have barriers for students with no work experience . For example : your chances to get admission in IIM Ahmedabad naturally increases if you have some amount if work experience , but if you dont your competition would be high and for that your scores must be perfect ( ie , more than 90% in undergraduation and 12th Board Exams) .
Your marks are very good and can fetch you a good and reputed BSchool but do make sure to ace your CAT exam too to increase your chances.
Thus, work ex. only adds for your advantage and makes you standout from others.
Hope this helps !
All the best.

Hi aspirant,
Hope you are doing good.
Yes, you can get Top B-school with this academic profile. You have got excellent marks in 12th, and also very good in your graduation so the chances have been increased for you to get top b school. Also, you haven't scored bad in the 10th standard it is a decent mark which I don't think will create a problem in your admission. You have to make sure just one thing, you have to score high in the CAT exam(Above 99 percentile) or whatever exam you might think to take to maximize the chance of your selection.
I am attaching below the link through which you can get the list of all the colleges that you can get at this profile.

Yes you are right many students with poor academic record not selected in top b schools.in fact my friend is also not selected because her 10th percentage is not good even she scores 91 percentile in CAT.
Some colleges given weightage to CAT marks but some gives preference to academic record and work experience.
It is difficult for you to get in top b schools because of your 10th marks and no work experience may hurdle you.competition is very high in management professional you need to score 99 percentile to secure a seat in top IIMs and if not then make sure to get decent percentile to get baby iim's.
