No, you will not be eligible for a BHMS seat without qualifying in NEET. Management quota is only applicable for the candidates who have cleared the NEET exam.The admission obtained without NEET will be illegal and not valid.

Mini, even 10th marks sheet us valid in the place of 10th passing certificate. Few boards do not give passing certificate and only give marks list. So even if you upload marks sheet, you are still ok. But if NTA has any concern with it they will reach out to

Yes you are eligible based on previous year cutoff .
I think 180- 200 is a seat getting rank in any NIT whatever may be the exam difficulty.So it is a safe mark to secure admission as well writing advanced .
