No, the G.K score are not considered while calculating the XAT percentile. They also do not play an important role while the interview process. But they do play important role sometimes at the time of final admission as a part of shortlisting of candidates.

You have cleared all the minimum cutoff required for XLRI, but it is difficult to get a call for BM but you have good work ex and decent academic records you might get a call, but you should not be confident that you will get it.Hope for the best.

According to previous trend you may get call from IRMA,because IRMA accepts score ranging from 24-25 percentile between 80-84. 

Like IRMA you are eligible for MICA, GreatLakes,LIBA,IFMR all this colleges accept same range of score and percentile.
