Hi Shanta,
I hope I am the right person to give you this information since I am pursuing MBA in HRM from Xavier University. Xavier Institute of Management is the institute under Xavier University and has the authority to provide specialisations like Finance, Marketing, Operations, Analytics and IT-Systems. Human Resource Management comes under the umbrella of Xavier School of Human Resource Management(XAHR). Same is the case with Sustainability Management, Rural Management and MBF. They have their separate schools.X-UMG is now being changed to XAHS or Xavier School for Human Settlements.
Now coming to the fee structure:
The exams that are accepted for admission are:
The cutoff for the BM course lies at 91 percentile whereas for HR it is 85+. For RM course it’s 70+ percentile. However, these are the cut off percentile only for the Non-Odisha candidates. There is a 50% reservation for the Domicile candidates and the cut-offs are also lower for them.
Coming to the placements:
BM, HR and RM are the flagship courses that were taught under XIMB previously and have very good quality placements till date. The average for BM goes to 12+ lakhs per annum whereas for HR it goes above 11+ lakhs per annum. For RM, it is 7.5+lakhs per annum. There is also a gurantee of 100 percent placement almost every year.
The procedure for application is after you get all your results, you have to go to the website, fill the necessary application form. Then you have to submit your scores and pay the requisite amount online. After that based upon the criteria, you will be called for GD/PI rounds and based upon the suitability you will be granted “Selected/Not Selected” status.
