From Jee Mains 2017 the board percentage will not be included in calculating the jee mains rank but 75% is the minimum percentage required to appear for jee

I will advice you to see the nirf rankings report of this year which is easily available on Google where a detailed analysis of every segment of college is discussed so you can get a better idea from there itself....
This year cut off Marks for Jee are 74 in gen,45obc,29 sc and 24st.your rank is 27000 it is good rank.So i think you will get this college and as you are sc category .And fOr more info See this

To get admitted in the YMCA Faridabad, you have to score min 135 in JEE Main Exam.
