the minimum eligibility criteria required for taking admission in military nurse is you should have minimum 50% in  10+ 2.

The candidates should  passed their 10+2 or equivalent course with PCB i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology ( Botany and Zoology ) and extra subject as English.

Yes, you can pursue pathology and molecular diagnostic after zoology.  For the pathology eligibility criteria is bachleordegree in zoology, botany, life science or any revelant degree in science field with the good mark or rank . some college take students as merit  or entrance base depending upon the choice
