It won't affect your job profile if you change your field from bsc Zoology to Msc life science. Life science itself has Zoology has its part. Many students change their stream after zoology into genetics, Neuroscience or microbiology. All these fields are available in good colleges.

The eligibility criteria to get admission in life science / Zoology / Microbiology course is determined by your PCB percentage of class 12th. In this, only science score percentage is taken into consideration (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). English will not be included here.
