You haven't mentioned which exam you are asking about.

On the part of question. there is no addition on the qualification in +2 from science stream. All students have that qualification. So it is not additional.

There's no mention of subjects in the eligibility criteria. It's just that, minimum 50% marks are required in graduation for general category candidates and 45% minimum marks for reserved category candidates. You can check the detailed eligibility on the official website of the exam of the respective college

I would like to clear your doubt. Yes you can give UPSC Examination.
They have mentioned that Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any stream from any university.
So your BSc degree will be considered.
Also UPSC Examination mentioned following eligibility criterias-

Code 05 says: The first year of the three years degree course of a recognised University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in these subjects provided the examination is a University Examination and candidate has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/

The timing for women college is 8 am to 5 pm and the botany and zoology is in first shift and it also depends on your class allotted and marks.
