As a BSc student you will be having botany chemistry chemistry and etc., Soo based upon your interest in the field go for the subjects. Don't depend upon on others or don't consider others words because you are taking the subjects not others soo which ever are interested

Hello Aspirant! 

IIT JAM does not have a paper for Zoology. It has a paper for Biotechnology for admission into Biotechnology as well as Bioscience courses in various institutions. Zoology is not included in them. However candidates holding Bachelor's in Zoology can opt for Biotech. as well as Bioscience also.
