Institute does not matter if you want to pursue your career in teaching. As it depends only on your score in NET. And for NET you don't need to do P.hd. You can give it by doing only master's.

Yes, you are eligible for post graduate diploma in management (PGDM) course, after the completion of B.Sc Botany zoology. The basic eligibility for the PGDM is to have the undergraduate degree irrespective of the stream, anyone can take admission into the PGDM course. Hope this helps, thank you
