The eligibility criteria for Msc in cancer biology is :-
Good honours degree or equivalent with a core biology content, biomedical science, molecular biology, biotechnology, biology, physiology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry. Other biology and Medical science degree will be considered on an individual basis .

According to expected cut off for M.Sc. zoology programm in AU , your admission chances are very very rare . But you must need to wait for 2nd or 3rd round counciling sedule . But admission chances are rare in main campus , but in affiliated colleges
