Hello venkatesh,

Yes you can become scientist.

After completion of your B.Sc degree you will have to do Master's ie M.Sc to become a scientist in your desired field.

Once you complete your graduation there are some fields which can provide you employment like wildlife Management firms, Museums, pest control companies, veterinary hospitals etc.
You can be a field trials officer, Environmental consultant, zoo curator etc.
But going for these fields won't provide you with much exposure therefore

As per your question,For Btech biotechnology : jee main,VITEE,any private engineering colleges entrance exam.

For bsc biotechnology : few colleges need entrance examination few are not. Pls check it on Google about colleges.

It is not entirely impossible. You can do masters degree even when your bachelors degree is in another subject until both the subjects are of same stream.
