Both have very good opportunity, but if you look closely Msc Zoology is strictly refined for study of animals and Mammals and research is purely based on ecosystem.

Whereas MSc Chemistry has braod scope into Pharmaceutical sector with drug development, Drug modifications, Industrial waste management, Environmental planning, Food Organic Chemistry

Is there separate entrance for m.sc micro biology in Dharwad university or included in the combination CBZ( chemistry, botany, zoology)??

There is an entrance test for admission in PG courses in Dharwad University. A minimum of 50% marks in the entrance test is required for admission. Admission is also based on the minimum criteria of 50% marks in the qualifying examination of the previous university.
