Let me clear your doubt. The fee structure vary from college to college and you have not mentioned any college name but generally fee for BCA course is in between 50000 to 500000 for all 3 years course.

As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above your query, as you don't have the original caste certificate you can ulpoad the zerox one but during counseling and verrfication you need to produce, the original documents needs to be produced to get confirmed.

I suggest you to apply for a new income certificate at Jan seva Kendra. Within a period of 15 days you will receive a new certificate it's more simple and easy way to get
