Since you have passed higher secondary in 2017, then you were eligible for jee mains -2017, 2018, 2019. And jee advanced 2017, 2018 only. So, it seems you won't be able to give jee mains in 2020.

The annual fees tends to vary depending upon the institutions.
For government colleges or central universities the fee can be anywhere between 5000/annum to 10000/annum.
Where as if we look at private or deemed inatitutions the fee might range as high as 2-2.5lakhs/annum.
