Sir, I have uploaded my marksheet upto 3rd year-2nd semester(consolidate certificate). But I am going to graduate in 2020. Later,I noticed that I have to submit prescribed format with signature of HOD. Is there any chance to change the certificate before 24thsept. Is there any additional fee or not?

You can change of the examination committee has provided any specific time to change the information. Otherwise you have to contact the authority to change information. Kindly mention the name of the exam which you have applied. It will help us to answer quicker.

Private or regular doesn't matter in this case. You can surely give JEE mains examination this year on the basis of present appearance in board exams.

There is no such rule that private student can't appear in JEE mains examination.
